Important Guide to N-Power Batch C Beneficiaries


Dear Applicants,

Following your participation in the N-Power programme, all beneficiaries are therefore advised to proceed to their designated verification centre for physical verification (address is displayed on their self-service portal under “Verification”, alternatively you may dial the dedicated USSD code service on *45665#)

After verification, please proceed to your Place of Primary Assignment (PPA) with your PPA letter (which is available for printing from your self-service portal under "Deployment") and have it signed by the relevant PPA personnel.

Finally, return to your self-service portal and upload the signed PPA letter.

Attention: FG inaugurates 510,000 graduate, non-graduate volunteers

 
The Federal Government on Monday in Abuja inaugurated the 510,000 N-Power Batch C stream 1 across the country.

In her keynote address at the inauguration, Sadiya Umar Farouq, the Minister of Humanitarian Affairs, Disaster Management and Social Development congratulated the successful beneficiaries.

She said the N-Power Batch C was divided into two streams; Stream C1 of 510,000 beneficiaries and stream C2 for 490,000 others.

According to her, under the Batch C1, a total of 450,000 had been selected to benefit under the graduate component, while 60,000 beneficiaries will be under the non-graduate component.

“Today, we are here to inaugurate the N-Power Batch C1. The N-Power graduate volunteers are entitled to a monthly stipend of thirty thousand naira each (N30,000.00) for a period of one year.

”The non-graduate beneficiaries are entitled to ten thousand naira (N10,000.000) monthly stipends for a period of nine months.

TOPIC: CONNECTING THE SUPERNATURAL HELP FROM GOD


TEXT: Psalm 121:1-8

OBJECTIVE
(i) To understand that nothing on earth is achievable without the help of God.

THINGS TO NOTE
(i) You must understand that every earthly assistance is a blessing from your Heavenly father.

(ii) Know that the hand of God is always on top of the visible hand which you always see with your eyes.

(iii) The help of God is everybody's need to shield us from being open to attack of the enemy.

WHY SHOULD WE GO FOR THE HELP OF GOD

(i) The help of God is certain and reliable than the help of man. (Ps 46:11, 60:11).

(ii) God never changes His mind, over what He has promised to do or give (Ps 46:1).

(iii) The help of God to man is always on time though most times is not when man want it to be. (Malachi 3:6)

(iv) The help of God is always stress free (Prov. 10:22)

(v) The help of God is most wisely act of God. (John 6:6;  1 Timothy 1:17).

WHAT THE HELP OF GOD SPONSORS FOR US
(i) The help of God sponsors victory in our day to day battles. (1 Sam. 7:12).

(ii) The help of God sponsors deliverance.

(iii) The help of God sponsors supernatural strength for success unto profess, 2 Chron. 26:5,15, 15; 1 Kings 18:46, Daniel 11:32.

(iv) The help from God sponsors our Divine escape from frustrations, ((Isaiah 50:7-9).

(v) The help of God sponsors the persistence and continuity on the path of success (Acts 26:22).

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN FOCUS FOR HELP IS SHIFTED FROM GOD TO MAN
(i) The Glory of God will be shared (Isaiah 48:11). The gratitude that is due is always given to man by God.

(ii) You will not become a slave to man

HOW CAN YOU ATTRACT/MAINTAIN HELP FROM GOD
1. Engaging in Prayers for Help. Psalm 42:1; Heb 4:16
Examples;- (i) Daniel contacted Heavenly assistance through the tools of prayer Daniel 10: 12-13.

(ii) Hannah was able to open her womb through the tools of prayer (1 sam. 2:19-22).

2. Through real openness and display of helplessness to God for help-- Heb. 4:16
Examples
(i) David was always open to God for help. 1 Sam 30:8; 23:2,9.
(ii) Jesus; John 15:19.

3. Through Developing a thankful heart
1 Samuel 7:9-12, 1 Chron. 15:26
Example (i) Jesus Christ.

TOPIC: MAINTAINING PEACE AND HARMONY IN MARRIAGES AND RELATIONSHIP

(i) To understand how peace and harmony can be maintained in relationships.

TOPIC: LOOKING AT DEDICATION AND IT'S REWARD

Text: Heb. 11:16, Isaiah 45:19, Matt. 6:33

 OBJECTIVE:

(i) To understand the relationship between dedication and the rewards that accompanied it.

(ii) To know that every active work done for God is not without reward at the end.

 INTRODUCTION

Always know that God rewards servants, not official people, God looks at those who looks after the things of God.

 THINGS TO NOTE

(1) Always understand that, the dedicated are constantly marked out for a blessing.

 (2) Your stand for the things of God determine your height in life.

 (3) Understand that there is payments in serving God, it is a curse and pain to serve the devil and it is a lose to stay without either.

 (4) Your time for God determines your stand in life.

 

MEN THAT DEDICATED THEIR LIVES TO GOD THAT WERE REWARDED

(1) ABRAHAM

(2) JOB

(3) JOSEPH (Gen 39:1-9)

 

AREAS THAT JOSEPH WAS DEDICATED TO GOD

(a) Becoming difference in the place of service to God: At 17 years, he reported the evil conduct of his brothers to his father (Gen 37:2).

 He cared more to stand for the right way and things. Again, at 17 years, his brothers hated him because of his difference character he had from his brothers.

 (b) His Decision to serve God any cause:

Nothing could stop Him from being faithful to God. (Including putting him in pit; putting him in the prison; false accusation; Betrayal and braking of promise by those trusted.

 (c) His Decision to see God as his all and all in his life and action.

 (d) His refusal to compromise situation till his visitation came by God alone.

(e) He was patient enough to wait and believe God to take him up to the top as he had promised.

 

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN WE DEDICATED OUR LIVES TO HIM

(i) God will go with you all the way, (Gen 39:2, 21).

 (ii) Release of wisdom that will announce you to the place of Glory and influence, (Gen 41:39).

 

NOTE:

(1) Reward or blessing of God to man is always attached to giving out of self on the platform of dedication.

 (2) Man respond to dedication to God entails the response of God to man's situation.

 (3) When God needed to redeemed, man back to himself,, He came down to work, (Mark 10:45).

 

(2) JOB (Job 1:1-3)

 

AREAS OF JOB'S DEDICATION TO GOD

(i) The act of making his standing out for God, the more valuable assets in his life. (Job and money, children, possession, businesses but was use in description of job but his service life).

 (ii) The act of pleasing God to an extent that God has to use him as testimony point to the devil. God boast about the stand of bro Job with Him (Job 1:8).

 (iii) His dedication of standing for God is not as a result of looking for things from God, rather, for theperson of Gos. His dedication to God was still in place even when  things got so bad, (Job 13:15).

 (iv) He was ready to remain in the place of service for God even when people left him including his wife and friends.

 

THE REWARD OF JOB'S DEDICATION TO GOD

(i) Restoration of his possessions and finances.

(ii) Recovery of his lost family

(iii) Restoration of his name in the East (Job 42:12-13)

 

NOTE: The blessings that Dedication produces

(i) Setting at the top;

(ii) Putting over your enemy;

(iii) Enjoying steady supply; and

(iv) Becoming an example to the people of Word.

Security Alert to Bank Account Holders

Attention!!!


Almost everyone has a Bank Account with the aim of keeping their money safe, but the rate at which Cybercrime is Increasing, has made most people afraid of keeping their money in the Bank due to the fear of Hackers gaining Access to their Account. If you are having account with any of the Nigerian Banks there are some things you can do to protect your Bank account from those Hackers.

1. Avoid Giving your ATM card to unknown or Untrusted people.

The ATM CARD allows access your Bank account as it contains virtual information, which means if it gets to the wrong hands, they may use it to Access your Bank account thereby stealing your Money.

2. Be careful with Websites you input your Credit Card details

shopping online has become widely accepted, just as we make payments online we should be careful as not all website are real and trusted, always check for website security before putting your card details, as hackers do access those website database to steal Users Card details.

3. Keep your ATM pin private

never disclose your pin to anyone, as we can’t trust people, incase of emergency, share your pin with people you trust only.

AKK Skill Acquisition Programme is a 2 year CSR project available
to Youths and Students of the Tertiary Institutions. The programme aims to expand the availability of local skills in Technical and Management related areas of the Oil & Gas Industry. The programme will also develop the capacity of institutions of higher learning in Engineering and Management related fields of the oil & gas sector.

This programme is expected to train over 500 eligible applicants over a period of 2 years.
