Coach of Nigeria’s Super Eagles, Stephen Keshi has revealed that if Nigeria Football Federation, NFF, sacks him today, there are three Africa countries ready to hire him.
Speaking with AfricanFootball.com ahead of the Eagles crucial match against Sudan on Wednesday, 15 October, 2014, the former Eagles’ captain, who is currently without a contract, stated that he is not afraid of sack following the poor performance of his team in the ongoing Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers.
Keshi insisted that countries like Gabon, Angola and Equatorial-Guinea are ready to hire him if Nigeria fails to renew his contract.
“It’s not about the game; it’s about other personal stuff. So, if tomorrow they say Keshi leave, there is no shaking because other two, three countries are waiting for me. My job is about hire and fire.

Ex Anambra Governor Peter Obi Explains Why He Defected
Former Governor of Anambra State, Peter Obi, who recently left his party the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA) to the Peoples’ Democratic Party (PDP), has explained his reason for doing so.
Obi who spoke to newsmen during an interactive session with Igbo group in Lagos State said his main reason for joining the PDP was because of his resolve to be strongly involved in President Goodluck Jonathan’s 2015 re-election bid, Daily Sun reports.
He said: “Mr. President is doing very well. He has a lot of policies in place that will transform the country if re-elected. We shall support him fully for the benefit of the country.”
He stated that his defection had nothing to do with APGA as he still enjoys a cordial relationship with the governor of the state, Chief Willie Obiano, adding that he had no grievance against his former party.

REAL: Foiled Arms Deal: Group Wants Jonathan, Oritsejafor In Court
A group of Nigerians has addressed #1 Federal High Court located in Kano in relation to the mysterious and scandalous USD9.3m (N1.5bn) arms deal foiled by South African authorities. The activists want President Goodluck Jonathan and the President of the Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN), Pastor Ayo Oritsejafor, to give explanations.
The five plaintiffs were led by Dr Saidu Ahmed Dukawa , who initiated the matter, TheNation reported.
They are intending to compel the leader of Nigeria and the owner of the involved jet, Pastor Ayo Oritsejafor, to give reasons for the alleged illegal transaction. The group is sure that more light needs to be shed on the confiscation of USD9.3m in cash, flown into Johannesburg via one of Oritsejafor’s private jets.
he prayers of the five Nigerians also include handing out of the details which may clarify the essence of the deal that looked like a “pure case of money laundering”, as Caridnal Olubunmi Okogie said.
The plaintiffs also urged the court to compel President Jonathan to disclose the identity of those arrested in the possession of the huge sum that was confiscated.
It would be recalled that over three weeks ago three passengers of a private jet were arrested upon arrival to South Africa for illegally brining $9.3m in several suitcases. The money was intended for arms purchase and the Federal Government almost immediately issued documents to confirm the legality of the deal.
However, the South African side was not really convinced and the diplomatic scandal between the two countries keeps burning.
